The role is based at our client's site in central Stockholm and includes exciting travel opportunities within the Nordics, especially to Oslo and Helsinki. You will be supported by a strong and collaborative Four FM team, with colleagues in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway.

Your Mission 📃

As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for one of our clients within the tech Industry. You will have full control over the service delivery. Four FM tailors each FM solution to fit the client’s needs and always ensures that every client experiences a smooth and personalized relationship with us.

Four FM operates across the Nordic region, and your client account will extend across national borders. This creates a stimulating and international work environment with great opportunities for professional growth and development.

Your Main Responsibilities 📊

You will be located at one of our clients' offices, leading a dedicated on-site team. You will work closely with them to ensure the highest quality of service delivery. Part of your mission is to lead, develop, and support your team, providing them with the tools they need to deliver our services, always keeping the highest standard.

• Plan, execute, and manage the daily service delivery.
• Deliver services according to SLAs and job descriptions, and meet established KPIs
• Take full responsibility for the client, subcontractors, and agreements.
• Plan and carry out activities to drive growth and upselling.
• Drive a continuous improvement process.
• Ensure that all Facility Management operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Accountable for meeting P&L targets.
• Develop your team members.

What we are looking for ✨

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic company that is rapidly expanding and developing. You enjoy working in an international environment with a high level of freedom and responsibility to plan and drive business. You are service-minded and have the ability to communicate with people from different nationalities and backgrounds.

You are social and outgoing, with the ability to quickly build trust and establish long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and staff. You also have a strong drive to develop the business and drive growth.

Qualifications ✔

• Previous experience in relevant areas, such as managing client contracts and delivering services according to agreements.
• You are fluent in both English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• You have previous experience in customer-focused services.
• You have experience in personnel management.
• You have been accountable for budgets.
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• You have at least three years of experience in Facility Management.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in international sales, especially in a global and multicultural context, is a strong advantage
